Eight O'Clock Coffee Brownies
Here is a great brownie recipe for folks that like a great coffee flavor with their chocolate fix!
1 1/4 cups cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
6 ounces unsweetened chocolate chips
12 Tablespoons butter plus 1 Tablespoon to grease pan
1 Tablespoon of Eight O'Clock Coffee grounds (any flavor, I used Hazelnut this time)
2 1/4 cups sugar
4 large eggs
Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease Pan with butter
Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl - set aside
Melt chocolate chips butter
When chocolate is melted whisk in sugar.
Wisk in coffee
Wisk eggs on at a time
Then add vanilla
Then mix in the dry mixture
Then spread your mixture in a buttered pan
Cook 30 minutes
Then let them cool for 10-15 minutes and eat them warm!
